Then press 1 for severe weather update.
This free telephone number should be the first point of contact for parents.
The school policy, in poor weather conditions, is that the decision on whether it is safe for children to travel to school is at the discretion of the parents. Children who are en-route should be allowed to arrive at the school and the school will ensure that children will be cared for and carers will be notified.
